We'll surface and manage risks, pockets of resistance and any impacts that need further work. We'll be an active and valuable part of your project team.
We can also work with you to ready your organisation for change. The best time to start creating change frameworks and channels is before a project or programme. When you prepare your people and build trust, they will be ready to mobilise on any change that comes, and that will make everything easier for everyone!

We'll chat about your business and/or project, what you're trying to achieve and how we could support you. We'll make sure we're a good fit, and agree whether to move to the next stage.
We'll get together on Zoom to scope out what you need from us. Then we'll create a Statement of Work to discuss and agree on. Once this is in place, we'll move to the next stage.
Based on the agreed Statement of Work, we'll provide a final quote and contract for the project. This will set out what's included, who will work on the project, the timelines and cost.
We'll kick off the project. Depending on what we've agreed, this could include introducing you to your team, joining your team, setting up project boards and workspaces, issuing invoices etc.
