Strong operations start with planning and design. We'll help you connect the dots between your strategy, tech, processes and/or people, whilst keeping your clients and values at the centre of everything. Already know that you need Dubsado or ClickUp? No problem!
We'll breathe life into your operations by setting up your tech, tools, processes, and/or people stuff. After providing any collateral, you'll be free to keep delivering your amazing services whilst we work. We'll give you regular updates, and share a project workspace and Slack channel.
We'll take a look at what you have today. It's important for us to understand what's working and the opportunities we have to streamline and reduce friction. We'll also get to know your business, diving into your goals, values, ideal clients, and service delivery.
We'll test your tech and tools, and then we'll ask you to do the same (fully supported, of course). Once we're happy everything is as designed, we'll get together for a handover session. We'll also provide training documents and 1 month of post-handover support.

This is The Essentials with extras! We'll do a full tech stack set up (for example, if your client experience crosses from Dubsado, to Flodesk to ClickUp, we'll do it all). We'll set up all the integrations.
We'll also create graphics where needed (i.e. for client portals, employee dashboards etc).
And our training session and support materials will include every piece of tech we build.
You'll have a full, end-to-end process up and running within a month! And not only that, it will truly reflect your business, your values and your ideal clients. It will support your strategy, and you'll feel confident taking the next step with your business.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
We'll send you a questionnaire that dives into your current operations, strategy, values, ideal clients and goals. Once that's completed, we'll schedule a 1.5-hour workshop to design the client experience for one service (this includes the process map, tech selection and template list as well as those magical brand touches), or an internal process such as project management (again, including process map, tech selection, and template list).
You'll receive an Operations Book, documenting everything we plan together which you'll then use to create/provide all collateral (think template emails, pdfs, pre-recorded videos, questionnaire fields etc). We'll then build the core client experience or internal process, and set up integrations to supporting tech (i.e. Flodesk, project management tool etc). We won't be able to build them out in this package though (see The Works if you need this). We'll then thoroughly test it, and hand it over to you for testing, with our support.
Once signed off, we'll deliver a training and handover workshop, quick reference guides and give you support for 30 days after go-live.

Then we'll have a 3-hour workshop to design up to 2 processes (client experience or internal process including tech recommendations), review your tech requirements and select the right tools for you, or plan your people requirements. You'll receive an Operations Book, documenting everything we plan together as well as any recommendations.
You'll also get a recording of the call to reflect back on and a 30-minute follow-up call to ensure you're ready to bring your operations to life.
