STEPH SANDERSON

FOUNDER & BUSINESS CONSULTANT

I'm the Founder, Managing Director and Lead Consultant here at Innovate & Thrive Co. That's a proper mouthful! But essentially it means that I'm responsible for running the business and working with you to shape your strategy and design your operations. 

I've had a varied career, starting out as a PA, then became a Business Manager, Implementation Specialist, and finally a Change Manager and People Manager in a FTSE 100 telecoms company. I'm a qualified Change Management Practitioner and Certified Dubsado Specialist, and soon to be qualified Strategy Implementation Professional. I'm trained to Level 7 in Operations Management.

I specialise in sustainable business design; the intentional connection between the key areas of your business. This includes your business strategy (purpose, vision, mission, goals, ideal client, service design, pricing, marketing channel selection) and operations design (client experience, internal processes, and tech recommendation and selection).

I launched Innovate & Thrive Co. in 2018, and work with clients around the world from my home in Bournemouth, Dorset. The coast is my happy place, so you'll often find me wandering along the beach and swimming in the sea.

OLI HUNTER

IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

I'm an Implementation Specialist here at Innovate & Thrive Co. That means that I'm responsible for designing and implementing your operations. 

I've run my own businesses for years, so I understand the challenges that come with being a business owner. From logistics, to process, to people, to tech ... finding the right combination of these key operational elements can ready your business for growth and make it feel a whole lot easier. I'm trained to Level 7 in Operations Management, and I'm a Certified Dubsado Specialist.

I specialise in tech and processes. This includes process design, tech recommendation and selection, and implementation.

I joined Innovate & Thrive Co. in 2021, and work with clients around the world from our home in Derbyshire. We love travelling around the UK in our camper, and cycling and walking round the Derbyshire dales.

KAYLEIGH HUNTER

BUSINESS & CLIENT SUPPORT

I'm the Business & Client Support here at Innovate & Thrive Co. I'm responsible for all of the things that keep the business running and, more importantly, supporting you whilst you're working with us. 

I started my career in an Accountants and became part AAT qualified. Then I lived in France for a while, and worked in a school and youth club.  Back in the UK, I had various PA roles within the Voluntary Sector and for a Director at a Local Authority, where I stayed for a good few years.  I love to use my French now, which has come in handy more than a few times!

I focus on ensuring our invoicing and accounts are up to date, keeping our client contracts in order, onboarding new clients, responding to client queries and requests, research and event organising.

I joined Innovate & Thrive Co. in 2020, and work from my home in Derbyshire. You'll often find me stomping across the dales and losing time with the local lambs!

We're siblings! Innovate & Thrive Co. truly is a family business. Can you guess who is the oldest, middle, youngest?

We all love travelling and have spent time living overseas. Kayleigh in France, Malta and India, Oli in Australia and India, and Steph in Belize. 

We're all big coffee buffs. Give us a good coffee, a spot to people watch, and we're happy as Larry. Whoever Larry is.

We never had plans to work together. It just kinda happened! And we're pretty chuffed about it.
