STEPH

FOUNDER & CHANGE CONSULTANT

I'm the Founder, Managing Director and Lead Consultant here at Innovate & Thrive Co. That's a proper mouthful! But essentially it means that I'm responsible for running the business and working with you to shape your strategy and operations, and deliver your change. 

I've had a varied career in the corporate world, starting out as a PA, then became a Business Manager, Implementation Specialist, and finally a Change Manager and People Manager in a FTSE 100 telecoms company. I'm a qualified Change Management Practitioner and soon to be qualified Strategy Implementation Professional. I'm trained to Level 7 in Operations Management.

I launched Innovate & Thrive Co. in 2018, and work with clients around the world from my home in Bournemouth, Dorset. The coast is my happy place, so you'll often find me wandering along the beach and swimming in the sea.

AGILE CHANGE SPECIALIST

I'm an Agile Change Specialist here at Innovate & Thrive Co. I'm responsible for designing and delivering change programmes.

I've run my own businesses for years, so I understand the challenges that come with it. From logistics, to process, to people, to tech ... finding the right combination of these key operational elements can ready your business for growth and make it feel a whole lot easier. I'm trained to Level 7 in Operations Management and I'm a qualified Agile Change Coach.

I joined Innovate & Thrive Co. in 2021, and work with clients from our home in Derbyshire. We love travelling around the UK in our camper, and cycling and walking round the Derbyshire dales.

KAYLEIGH

OPERATIONS MANAGER

I'm the Operations Manager here at Innovate & Thrive Co. I'm responsible for all of the things that keep the business running and, more importantly, supporting you whilst you're working with us. 

I started my career in an Accountants and became part AAT qualified. Then I lived in France for a while, and worked in a school and youth club.  Back in the UK, I had various PA roles within the Voluntary Sector and for a Director at a Local Authority, where I stayed for a good few years.  I love to use my French now, which has come in handy more than a few times!

I focus on ensuring our invoicing and accounts are up to date, keeping our client contracts in order, onboarding new clients, managing the Change Toolkit licenses, responding to client queries and requests and providing client project coordination.

I joined Innovate & Thrive Co. in 2020, and work from my home in Derbyshire. You'll often find me stomping across the dales and losing time with the local lambs!
