THE CHANGE TOOLKIT

The Change Toolkit is our person centred approach to change, made practical. We've taken our expertise, training and experience and poured it into a methodology with supporting template pack. We use the same methodology and templates when working with clients. It really does work!

Why invest in it? There are a huge number of change management and learning theories out there. Each one slightly different to the last, with different recommendations and activities. They are incredibly useful, important and ... time consuming! We've studied them. We experienced change programmes. We've tried and testing different activities. We've narrowed down all of the possibilities to a core set of reliable practices. 

You can use it as it is, off the shelf, and it will help you create a well-rounded programme of activity to increase the success of your change.

We can bespoke it for you, based on your organisation, values, projects, communication channels and ways of working. 

We can set up a Change Office for you, with the Toolkit as the bedrock of governance and best practice. Or, we can act as your Change Office.

  • A series of 3 virtual training sessions for your nominated individuals, to be booked within 3 months. These can be in-person at an extra cost.
  • 1-year annual license of the Toolkit (£5000 inc. VAT).

PURCHASE YOUR PREFERRED OPTION

You can purchase your toolkit package directly from this page. You'll immediately be presented with the contract for signing. Once this is in place, we'll issue the invoice for immediate payment. If you need sight of the contract for your legal team prior to purchase, or if we need a PO number, please let us know ASAP.

DELIVERY

Once the contract is in place and the invoice is paid, we'll deliver your Toolkit. Depending on the package you selected, this could be immediate or require a series of workshops to bespoke it to your organisation. We'll issue your annual license, put in place any training you've booked, and set up your Change Office if relevant.

If you're not sure which option to go for, we can meet to discuss your requirements and budget. We'll always be really open and honest about the best option for you, we want you and your change programmes to succeed!

HANDOVER OR CONSULTING

After delivery of the toolkit, we'll hold a wrap-up session to ensure you feel confident moving forward. If we're going to act as your Change Office, we'll continue working with you as agreed. We'll give you 90 days notice when your annual Change Toolkit license is due to renew.
