We'll breathe life into your client experience by building it out in Dubsado and other tools we identify (think Flodesk, ClickUp etc). After providing any collateral, you'll be free to keep delivering your amazing services whilst we work. We'll give you regular updates, and share a project workspace and Slack channel.
We'll take a look at what you have today. It's important for us to understand what's working and the opportunities we have to streamline and reduce friction in your client experience. We'll also get to know your business, diving into your goals, values, ideal clients, and services.
We'll test your tech and tools, and then we'll ask you to do the same (fully supported, of course). Once we're happy everything is as designed, we'll get together for a handover session. We'll also provide training documents and 1 month of post-handover support.

Once that's completed, we'll schedule a 3-hour workshop to design your client experience for up to 2 services. We'll create process maps, template lists and sprinkle some brand magic over the top. We'll plan with Dubsado in mind, so it'll be easy to build it out. You'll receive a Client Experience Book, outlining your client experience.
You'll also get a recording of the call to reflect back on and a 30-minute follow-up call to ensure you're ready to bring your client experience to life.

Once that's completed, we'll schedule a 1.5-hour workshop to design the client experience for one service. This includes the process map, template list as well as those magical brand touches.
You'll receive a Client Experience Book, documenting your client experience which you'll then use to create/provide all collateral (think template emails, pdfs, pre-recorded videos, questionnaire fields etc). We'll then build out the core client experience in Dubsado, and set up integrations to supporting tech (i.e. Flodesk, ClickUp etc). We won't be able to build them out in this package though (see The Dubsado Works if you need this). We'll then thoroughly test it, and hand it over to you for testing, with our support.
Once signed off, we'll deliver a training and handover workshop, quick reference guides and support you for 30 days after go-live.

We'll also create graphics where needed (i.e. for client portals, employee dashboards etc).
And our training session and support materials will include every piece of tech we build.
